In four years at Softway I've worked on a lot—long and short-form video, editorial content, branding, culture change initiatives, and more.

No matter the medium, I work to bring client stories to life in a way that excites, engages, and achieves their goals.

The Seneca Sessions

Named, launched, and helped develop curriculum for The Seneca Sessions, a radical culture change program for modern leaders. Since 2019, more than 1000 managers and executives from 46 countries have transformed how they work through these programs.

​

 

Today, the two-day event is known as Seneca Leaders. It exists as part of a suite of tools and experiences offered by Culture Plus, an organization dedicated to fostering high-performing teams.

 

TV and Entertainment

Across three different positions as an intern and employee at New York development houses, I helped write, craft, and produce top-rated TV shows, branded content, music videos, digital series, and more.

Inspiring Generations of Happiness
Guess Who's Coming to Vidanta?

Brief: Create a "tearjerker" video that encapsulates the promise of the Vidanta brand.

​

Result: "Generations of Happiness" premiered at the Vidanta International Sales Conference to a standing ovation from executives and staff. Since then it has been featured in social and email campaigns, and is being incorporated into a permanent installation on the Vidanta sales floors.

Brief: Bring Santa to Vidanta and remind members that everyone needs a break.

Result: "Guess Who's Coming to Vidanta" boasted record engagement, and drove reservations as members took advantage of holiday vacation promos.

 

Brief: Transform a defunct resort newsletter into an upscale online travel magazine.

​

Result: The Vidanta Traveler Online continues to be Vidanta's premier content portal—updated monthly with resort updates, lifestyle content, and behind-the-scenes scoops. TVT-O massively boosted reader engagement with company content and continues to add at-home value to an already priceless vacation membership.
